Coaching Agreement & Terms
1. Coaching Overview
By signing up to Everyday You Online Coaching, you agree to take part in an online fitness
coaching service designed to support you with training, habits, and overall lifestyle.
This coaching is built around realistic, flexible fitness — not extremes or perfection.
2. What’s Included
Your coaching may include:
● Personalised training programme
● App access
● Weekly check-ins
● Habit and lifestyle guidance
● Exercise video support
● Messaging support (within agreed hours)
● Monthly programme updates
3. Client Responsibility
Results are based on your effort, consistency, and honesty.
By joining, you agree to:
● Complete check-ins honestly and on time
● Communicate openly about any struggles or issues
● Follow your programme to the best of your ability
● Take responsibility for your own progress
4. Communication & Support
● Messaging support is available Monday–Friday during working hours
● Responses are typically within 24–48 hours
● There is no 24/7 or instant messaging support
Weekly check-ins are the main point of contact and support.
5. Health & Safety
By taking part, you confirm that:
● You are medically fit to exercise
● You have disclosed all relevant injuries, conditions, and limitations
● You will inform your coach of any changes to your health
You agree to:
● Exercise within your limits
● Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort
● Seek medical advice where appropriate
6. Disclaimer
All coaching provided is for general fitness and lifestyle guidance only.
It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You participate in all exercise at your own risk.
7. Payments
● Coaching is billed monthly unless otherwise stated
● Payments must be made in advance
● Failure to make payment may result in loss of access to coaching services
8. Cancellations & Minimum Commitment
● A minimum commitment of 4 weeks is required
● After this, 28 days’ notice is required to cancel
If you cancel within the first 14 days but have already started coaching and received your
plan, refunds may not be issued.
9. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of online coaching:
● Refunds are not provided for:
○ Change of mind
○ Lack of time
○ Lack of motivation
If there is an issue, please communicate — support will always be offered.
10. Check-Ins & Programme Updates
● Check-ins must be completed weekly to receive feedback
● If check-ins are missed, support may be limited that week
● Programmes are typically updated every 4-8 weeks, not weekly
11. Coaching Boundaries
This coaching is designed to support you — not control you.
● No extreme dieting or unsustainable methods will be used
● You are encouraged to build long-term habits
● This is a collaborative process, not a strict rulebook
12. Data & Privacy
Your personal information will:
● Be kept confidential
● Only be used for coaching purposes
● Not be shared with third parties
13. Termination of Coaching
Coaching may be ended if:
● Terms are not respected
● Communication breaks down
● Behaviour is inappropriate
14. Agreement
By signing up, you confirm that:
● You understand how the coaching works
● You agree to the terms above
● You are ready to commit to the process
