PERSONAL TRAINING

1-TO-1 PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS - £130 PER MONTH -

1 SESSION PER WEEK
​£230 PER MONTH - 2 SESSIONS PER WEEK

1-TO-2 TRAINING SESSIONS - £150 PER MONTH - 1 SESSION PER WEEK
​£270 PER MONTH - 2 SESSIONS PER WEEK

​The sessions will be 45 minutes long and will be completely personalised to you and your goals.

What's included in the cost?

Nutrition

You will receive personalised target calories to suit you and your goal, to allow for flexible eating. You will also receive a nutrition booklet with lots of information to help you plan your meals.

Workouts

Every client will receive two full body workouts every month to do at the gym or at home. Clients also have the option to receive tailored workouts to suit their lifestyle, interests and goals.

Progress Tracking

All clients can choose whether they'd like their weight and measurements tracking (dependant on their goals). We also track your strength and fitness progress. We reassess your progress every month.

Check Ins

Every day you can check in with yourself to see if you've hit your targets, whether that's exercise, nutrition, steps or anything else. We then review your week as a whole to see where you can make changes.
