This 4-week Gym Foundations Course is designed to help you feel confident, capable, and safe in the gym. It’s perfect if you’re: • New to the gym • Returning after a break • Or have trained for a while but were never properly taught the basics This isn’t about pushing limits or doing fancy workouts. It’s about learning how to train properly, so you stop guessing and start feeling confident. What you’ll learn: • Correct exercise technique and form • How to set up gym equipment safely • How to structure your workouts • How to plan a safe, effective workout split How it works: • Small group coaching • Plenty of individual feedback and form corrections • Supportive, beginner-friendly environment Course details: • Starts: Monday 2nd February • Time: 7:30pm • Duration: 4 weeks • Group size: Limited to 8–10 people Price: • £70 total • £60 for waitlist members ✨ Includes a free gym workout guide to keep and use long-term.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, you must contact Emily at least 24 hours in advance. If less than 24 hours notice is given, you will still be charged for the session. To pause your subscription to sessions/cancel your subscription to sessions, you must give Emily at least 28 days notice.
